Letting us know you need help is perfectly normal and we believe all of our students and staff should be able to talk freely about their mental health and wellbeing.

If you’re worried about your mental health and wellbeing there are a number of things you can do:

  • Talk
  • Report
  • Get support

Talk

If there’s a friend, family member or colleague that you can trust, talking things through with them can sometimes help.

Students can also reach out to our Student Wellbeing & Disability Advisors for a confidential chat.

Email the Student Wellbeing & Disability Team (wellbeingdisability@regents.ac.uk)  to make an appointment with them to discuss anything that is affecting you.

Spectrum Life is Regent’s Counselling Service available to students, they can be contacted via WhatsApp: by texting ‘Hi’ to 07418360780; Phone: (UK) 0800 0318227; Phone (International): 00353 1518 0277; or via the Student Portal.

If you are a member of staff, you can contact the Benenden Health EAP line by calling 0800 414 8427 and you can find Regent’s University London’s wellbeing resources here on the staff intranet.

If you are in immediate danger or seriously injured, you can call 999 (or 112 from a mobile).

Report

You can make an anonymous disclosure which will allow us to investigate mental health and wellbeing concerns within Regent’s via the Report + Support tool.

If you want to talk to someone to be provided with support, please contact an advisor.
