Talk

If you're worried about someone, you can check in with them and see how they are, and if they feel comfortable to talk through any concern. However, if you're not sure please reach out to our Student Wellbeing & Disability Advisors for a confidential chat.

Email the Student Wellbeing & Disability Team (wellbeingdisability@regents.ac.uk)  to make an appointment with them to discuss anything is affecting them.

Spectrum Life is Regent’s Counselling Service available to students, they can be contacted via WhatsApp: by texting ‘Hi’ to 07418360780; Phone: (UK) 0800 0318227; Phone (International): 00353 1518 0277; or via the Student Portal.

If you are a member of staff, you can contact the Benenden Health EAP line by calling 0800 414 8427 and you can find Regent’s University London’s wellbeing resources here on the staff intranet.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger or seriously injured, you can call 999 (or 112 from a mobile).
